Property Listing FAQ
How much is it to list on Findanyrental.com?
You can list one property or all your properties for the low price of $50.00 US dollars . Pay by credit card, check or money order.
Is it difficult to list a property for rent?
Absolutely not. Just click "Join" and pay via PayPal. After you have paid, you will be asked to enter your email address as your user name and create a password. You will then recieve an activation email and you can begin uploading properties and photos.
Do you offer discounts for multiple properties?
We offer the same plan as above for everyone. Just create a user login and place as many listings as you prefer.
How much for a featured property?
The price is $10.00 per listing for one month. It will appear on the homepage as a featured property on a rotating basis. You need to renew every month.
When do I pay?
Click on the "Join Now" link to be taken to the PayPal screen. You do not need a PayPal account to join.
Can I pay by check?
If you want to pay by check make check payable to Find Any Rental, LLC. Your listing will appear after your check has cleared.

What happens when your listing is withdrawn?
You will have to enter all the information and photos again. If you have only one property and you withdraw it you will not be charged a renew fee.
Can I have a link to my own website?
Yes. The link to your website is free provided you put a reciprocal link to www.findanyrental.com on your site. If you do not want to put our link on your website there is a $25 charge to add a link to your website.
How many photos can I have?
You may have up to 6 photos per property. Each photo must be under 100KB in size.
Can I update my listings or photos?
You may update your listings and photos anytime.
How do the charges appear on my credit card?
Charges will appear on your card as orders@findanyrental.com.
Can I have an availability calendar?
We use Rentors.org calendars. It is free of charge with a paid listing on Findanyrental.com.
How do I send my pictures to the webpage?
You may upload your photos from your computer when you create your listing or at a later time. You may email your pictures to support@findanyrental.com.

Can I have a personalized URL?
Your direct link will be http://findanyrental.com/index.php?action=listingview&listingID=# where # is replaced with your listing ID number. Your listing ID number is available in the administration area.
How quickly can I see my property listing?
Expect 1-2 business days. All listing are edited by the edit team.
What happens if I forget my login or password?
You can click forget login or password and it will be emailed to you in the email address you signed up under.
How are the listings sorted?
They are sorted by matching search criteria and then seniority, so the sooner you list the higher your property will be.
Do you need to be a property manager to sign up?
No. Owners and property managers are welcome. All pay the same low annual fee of $50.00 for every listing they have.
Is it important to add new properties?
Yes. Renters search everyday for properties. They save searches so when a property with their criteria becomes available they will see it. So if you do get a new property and you need it rented it is important to add it as soon possible.
When will the renewal date be?
Your renewal date will be a year after you sign up. You will be sent a renewal email two months prior to your renewal. You must renew yourself or you listings will expire.
