Yes. It is always free. You may also sign up free for new listing to be sent to your email.
Does Findanyrental.com manage any properties?
No. We just list them on our website. We advertise vacation rentals and long term rentals for property managers and owners. You need to contact the owner or property manager directly with any questions?
How do I know the property exists?
We do not inspect any of the properties on our website. It may help if you ask the owner/property manager for references or for a list of past renters. You may want to visit the property in advance.
Is there room for negotiations or are the prices set?
Most owners/property managers are flexible with the prices. You can always ask if they are offering any discounts.
Are there any extra fees?
For vacation rentals there may be a cleaning fee, extra charge for pool heat, refundable deposit, taxes. For long term always ask what is included for the rental fee. All prices should be in negotiated before you sign the lease agreement.
Do I clean the property before I leave?
Every property has their own policy, check with the owner/ manager first. Some have maid service other have the renter clean. Many long term rentals require you to clean the carpet and the inside.
What if there is a problem during my stay?
Have a contact name and number with you at all times. Ask when they are available if there is a problem.
