Terms & Conditions

By posting a listing of a rental property on you agree all of our policies and terms and use and our subject to all findanyrental.com privacy policies. The agreement is between You and Findanyrental.com and its affiliates and subsidiaries who are owned and operated by Find Any Rental, LLC of Englewood, FL.

Owners and Managers

There may be only one owner or manager for any account. If you have multiple properties there may be only one contact number on the listings, sharing of listings is not allowed. Owners and mangers are responsible for all local regulations such as permits, taxes, licenses and safety compliances.

Terms

The term of the listing is set to be one year from the date of purchase. Findanyrental.com will make every effort possible to list the property online to the public in a timely manner.

Fees

Our fee is $50.00 US dollars paid annually payable by credit card or check for one account, you post as many listing as you need. You may edit the listing 24/7. If the owner/manager pays by credit card, the credit card will automatically be charged the renewal rate at the listing renewal date. Charges on your credit card statement will appear as orders@findanyrental.com.

Termination

You may terminate your listing at any time, but no refund will be given.

Listing Information

You agree to keep current and accurate information about all your listings. That includes pictures, pricing, contact information, features and availability.

Pictures

You warrant that all pictures sent by you are actual pictures of the said property and authorize Findanyrental.com to copy and publish these pictures on you listing. You may post as many as 6 (six) pictures on our website and edit the pictures any time 24/7.

Contacts

Findanyrental.com is not a property manager or real estate broker. All renters will contact you directly using email or telephone.

Warranty

Findanyrental.com does not warranty the quality of service on a continuous basis or that availability will not be interrupted at any given time. Findanyrental.com will not be responsible for lost income while services are unusable.

Changes

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions of use at any time. It is your responsibility to check for changes.

Disclaimer

By using Findanyrental.com, you agree to abide by and to be bound by all of the terms listed below, including not using this site for any unlawful purpose.

Findanyrental.com is used by property owners and managers to display long term or vacation rentals to potential renters.

Findanyrental.com is not a real estate broker, agent or rental company.

Property owners and managers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings.  It is the responsibility of the renter to validate the information about the property given. 

All properties are to be made available on an Equal Opportunity basis.

Findanyrental.com assumes no responsibility and does not guarantee  the accuracy of the information in any of  the web pages here.  All ads are published by owners and property managers.

Qualifications of all renters is sole responsibility of the property owners or agents.

Renters are aware that each listing has its own refund and cancellation policy.  Findanyrental.com is not responsible for the refund of rental fees for any reason.

Findanyrental.com does  make every effort possible to have its website running , but it does not guarantee it 100% of the time.  Internet e-mail delivery is not 100% reliable and findanyrental.com cannot be held liable for undelivered mail or for missed income as a results of undelivered inquiries.  Emails may be  monitored by Findanyrental.com. 

Cancellation Policy

Findanyrental.com operates on an annual basis.  We offer no refunds. You may place your property in inactive status at anytime and will not be charged. When the property is put back into active status and you are beyond the renewal period you will need to pay the new renewal price.

Selling of your Property
 
If you sell your property or your property management company you may transfer your membership to the new owner for no charge and at the renewal date the new owner will be charged for the renewal fee. 

Spamming

Findanyrentals.com does not tolerate the sending of SPAM and reserves the right to cancel any member that mentions findanyrental.com in any spam email or usernet posting.  While findanyrental.com does its best to prevent solicited emails, we do not guarantee it.

Credit card

All credit card purchases will be listed as orders@findanyrental.com on your credit card statement.
